HypeDar is an AI news and research signal product for builders. These terms define the early product boundary for public and Pro use.

Use of HypeDar
Use HypeDar to monitor public AI signals, briefs, opportunities, repositories, papers, and related research context. You must use the service lawfully and in a way that does not harm the product, other users, or connected providers.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may restrict or suspend accounts that attempt to bypass authentication, quotas, billing, payment status, security controls, or abuse protections.
Pro features and billing
Pro features may include radar access, opportunity surfaces, repositories, papers, alerts, saved items, analysis requests, and generated reports. Paid access depends on active entitlement and provider status. Pricing, quotas, and feature availability may change as the product evolves.
AI research outputs
HypeDar summaries, scores, opportunity labels, reports, and recommendations are decision support. They are not legal, financial, investment, medical, security, or other professional advice. Verify source trails and underlying facts before making high-stakes decisions.
HypeDar's AI-assisted summaries, ranking explanations, opportunity labels, and Pro analysis reports are powered by OpenAI models through HypeDar server-side workflows, alongside HypeDar scoring rules and source metadata. Model output can be incomplete or wrong, so users should treat it as research support rather than a guarantee.
Acceptable use
Do not probe, overload, scrape, resell, reverse engineer, bypass paywalls or quotas, submit unlawful or sensitive third-party data, interfere with queues or billing, or use the service to generate harmful, deceptive, or infringing activity.
Service changes
HypeDar may add, remove, or change features, providers, plans, quotas, and generated content as the product matures. We may also pause or limit access for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or provider outages.
