Graph RAG finds what's similar. We should aim for what's relevant

Build a RAG framework that prioritizes logical relevance over semantic similarity by weighting graph edges based on query-specific intent. This would solve the 'hallucination by similarity' problem where vector search returns related but contextually useless information.
